Processing Time & Shipping:

IN-STOCKS:

Please allow 5-7 business days for orders to process. 


Delivery times can take 3-5 business days on a usual basis. More than a week does happen on very rare occasions. 

For international orders it can take 7-21 business days for them to be delivered.

Tracking is included in all orders to make sure the orders are on their way. 

PRE-ORDERS:

Same as above except since these products have not been made yet please expect a 2-3 week for them to be made and get to me.


Customs:


We are not responsible for any other fees such as duties, taxes, and custom fees. Any such fees is the responsibility of the buyers. Please check with your post office to see if this applies to you before ordering. 

Terms:
All sales are final. Please make sure you look over your order(s) before finalizing it. 

It is very important that you ensure your name and address is correct so that your order gets to the right address. 

Returns:

All sales are final. Our products are limited, therefore you may not cancel or change the items of your order once they have been finalized and confirmed. 

In cases where you receive a defective product upon delivery, if we have any left in stock a replacement will be sent, otherwise a refund will be sent.
